Global Impact Partner
ICCRA’s premier commercial partnership, and the appropriate choice for organisations operating across multiple regions or serving the Critical Control Room ecosystem at a multinational level. Global Impact Partners are positioned on the ICCRA Global website and recognised at the Critical Control Rooms World Congress, with access to the ICCRA Global Industry Council and the full suite of global engagement benefits.
If your organisation’s reach extends beyond North America, global partnership may be the more effective fit. The ICCRA team can help you assess which tier best reflects where you operate and where you want to be seen.
Global Impact Partner benefits include: prominent profile on the ICCRA Global website, recognition at the World Congress, use of the ICCRA Impact Partner logo, Global Industry Council participation, one co-hosted global webinar, one published thought leadership article, two complimentary World Congress delegate passes, a 20% discount on World Congress sponsorship packages, and one global mailing list communication per year.
Regional Impact Partner
The primary commercial partnership at chapter level. Designed for regional technology providers, national consultancies, sector-specific suppliers, and expanding mid-sized firms with a meaningful presence in North America.
Regional Impact Partners receive a prominent profile on the North America Chapter website, recognition at chapter in-person events, and a seat at the Chapter Industry Partner Advisory Roundtable – a structured forum where partners and ICCRA chapter leadership engage directly on sector priorities. The package includes a speaking opportunity at a chapter virtual event, a co-hosted webinar, a published thought leadership article on the chapter website, a 15% discount on World Congress sponsorship packages, and one chapter mailing list communication per year.
Emerging Impact Partner
An entry-level, application-based partnership for organisations newer to ICCRA or to the Critical Control Room sector. This tier is available for a maximum of two years and is designed as a structured pathway towards Regional or Global partnership.
Application and approval are required. There is no automatic renewal at Emerging level. Benefits include chapter-level visibility, a speaking opportunity at a chapter virtual event, a co-hosted webinar, and up to 50% discount on World Congress sponsorship packages.

THE WORLD CONGRESS
All Impact Partners receive access to the Critical Control Rooms World Congress – the defining annual gathering of senior control room leaders from across sectors and regions worldwide. Regional and Emerging partners receive a discount on sponsorship packages; Global partners receive two complimentary delegate passes and a 20% discount.
The 2026 Congress takes place in Dublin from 27 to 29 October at the Hyatt Centric Hotel, under the theme From Chaos to Clarity: How Curiosity Powers the Modern Control Room.
